Vicky runs every operation herself, so I won't individually contact every customer through Instagram inbox or Whatsapp with each order shipping notification unless issued otherwise. Tracking information is sent via e-mail once an order is dispatched.
In-store products are automatically dispatched within 1-3 days, depending on current order demand.
Shipping out from HONG KONG :
SF Express: Hong Kong or Macau estimated the time will take 1-3 days, and Taiwan will take 3-7 days.
Other countries: 2-6 Weeks
